what does this means. well to be precise i am not going to tell you the whole idea about just the concept and that is social structures which can sustaiin themselves rather being as a burden on the state and hence to the people, it reverse the order or cycle and will become social structures set up by the state for the people and generating revenues.
this being an exothermic reaction will start the process of chain reaction in which one is supported by the other one and so on.
